All our hoglets are 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed to be in good health and free from any infections at the time we ship them to you. We take pride to say that our relationship with you does not end once you take home a hoglet from us. As a family of breeders and experienced hedgehog counselors, we believe that nothing will go wrong with our hoglets. However, some things are not in our control because a hedgehog’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care.
We do not believe your hoglet is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pains of losing a hoglet can be reduced when we can offer you another hoglet of equal value. In case of the unforeseen event of death within one year from its purchase date, or if the hoglet is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) that adversely affect the health of the hoglet, we will replace it with another hoglet of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a certified VET technician and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
Nothing makes us happier than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies. We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your baby remains healthy. Here is a measure that will help:
Send us a copy of the health examination (a medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your hog. The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET.
Failure to provide your hoglet with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee. This health guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended tests.
All our hoglets undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our hoglets.
This health report will be filled out on the date the hoglet is shipped out so clients are assured of their hoglet’s health is guaranteed. Hoglet is not shipped if there are any health issues or disorders and the client is given the option of either canceling the order or making another pick.
Clients are required to get their newly received hoglet examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the hoglet.
